Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Blend the banana, oats, milk, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  3. Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan, forming pancakes.
