Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (about 10–12 full sheets) graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar (or light brown sugar for deeper flavor)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Make crumbs – Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by sealing them in a zip-top bag and rolling with a rolling pin.
- Mix – In a bowl, combine the crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are evenly coated and look like wet sand.
- Press into pan – Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie dish or springform pan. Use the bottom of a measuring cup or glass to press crumbs firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides.
-
Chill or bake:
- No-bake option – Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before filling.
- Baked option – Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, then let cool completely before adding filling.
✨ Tip: For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or swap part of the graham crumbs for crushed cookies (like Biscoff or Oreos).
