✨ Recipe:
1️⃣ Mix 1 cup cold leftover rice, 2 eggs, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil and stir-fry on high heat until fluffy. Set aside.
2️⃣ In the same wok, heat 2 tbsp oil → add ginger, garlic, onion, red chilies. Sauté on high heat.
3️⃣ Add carrots, green beans, bell peppers, cabbage, salt/msg and stir-fry.
4️⃣ Add your egg rice, 1 tbsp soy sauce + (optional: vinegar, pepper, oyster sauce) and fry on high heat.
5️⃣ Garnish with spring onions.
