⭐ Ingredients
For the chicken:
• 400 g chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup cornflour (gives extra crispiness)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika or chilli powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• 1 egg
• Oil for frying
For the sweet chilli sauce:
• ½ cup sweet chilli sauce
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp honey (optional for extra stickiness)
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
🔪 Instructions
1. Prepare the chicken
- Cut chicken into small chunks.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Beat the egg in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix flour, cornflour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Coat & fry
- Dip chicken pieces in egg → coat in the flour mixture.
- Deep fry or shallow fry on medium heat until golden and crispy (6–8 minutes).
- Remove and place on paper towels.
3. Make the sweet chilli glaze
- Heat a pan on medium.
- Add sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey, ketchup, and chilli flakes.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Combine
• Add crispy chicken to the pan and toss until fully coated and glossy.

• Steamed rice or fried rice
• Noodles
• Fresh salad
• Spring onions & sesame seeds on top
