Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip

This creamy, cheesy, and spicy dip is the ultimate crowd-pleaser — perfect for game day, parties, or any casual gathering!

🧂 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)
  • 8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing if you prefer)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • Optional topping: chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese

🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish (8×8-inch works well).
  2. Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add chicken and cheese: Mix in shredded chicken, cheddar, and mozzarella. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  4. Transfer to baking dish: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
  6. Optional broil: For a golden top, broil for an extra 2–3 minutes — but watch closely so it doesn’t burn.
  7. Garnish & serve: Top with green onions or blue cheese crumbles, if desired. Serve hot!
