Cilantro Lime Dressing

🥣 Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (packed, tender stems ok)
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon honey or sugar (optional, for balance)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 2–3 tablespoons water (to thin, if needed)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add cilantro, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, zest, garlic, olive oil, honey, and salt into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning (more lime for tang, more honey for sweetness, more salt if needed).
  5. Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
