🍝 Quick & Easy Egg Pasta Recipe

🔹 Ingredients

For the pasta:
  • 1 cup pasta
  • 2 cups water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
For the sauce:
  • 2 tomatoes (chopped) or 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta:
  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add salt and 1 tablespoon of oil.
  3. Add the pasta and cook for about 8–10 minutes until tender.
  4. Once cooked, drain the water and set the pasta aside.
2. Prepare the Sauce:
  1. Heat a pan with oil and butter.
  2. Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes or tomato paste and mix well.
  4. Add chili flakes, black pepper, salt, and tomato sauce.
  5. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Crack in the eggs and stir quickly to scramble and mix with the sauce.
3. Combine:
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce.
  2. Mix everything well so the pasta is fully coated.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy!
