For the pasta:- 1 cup pasta
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tomatoes (chopped) or 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- Salt to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta:- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
- Add salt and 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Add the pasta and cook for about 8–10 minutes until tender.
- Once cooked, drain the water and set the pasta aside.
- Heat a pan with oil and butter.
- Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chopped tomatoes or tomato paste and mix well.
- Add chili flakes, black pepper, salt, and tomato sauce.
- Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Crack in the eggs and stir quickly to scramble and mix with the sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce.
- Mix everything well so the pasta is fully coated.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
