A sweet Thai dessert with coconut-infused sticky rice.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup glutinous (sticky) rice
- 1 ¼ cups coconut milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ripe mango, sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Soak sticky rice in water for 3 hours, then steam for 25 minutes.
- Heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a pan (don’t boil). Mix with cooked rice and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Serve with sliced mango and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
