Mango Sticky Rice 🥭🍚


A sweet Thai dessert with coconut-infused sticky rice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup glutinous (sticky) rice
  • 1 ¼ cups coconut milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ripe mango, sliced
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Soak sticky rice in water for 3 hours, then steam for 25 minutes.
  2. Heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a pan (don’t boil). Mix with cooked rice and let sit for 20 minutes.
  3. Serve with sliced mango and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
