🥣 Ingredients
- 500 g raw tuna (fresh, sushi-grade)
- Small bunch chives, finely chopped
- ½ inch piece ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp tri-color sesame seeds
- ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ avocado, diced
- ½ mango, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt & pepper to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the tuna: Dice the fresh tuna into small cubes. Use sushi-grade tuna and keep it chilled while preparing.
- Mix the marinade: Whisk sesame oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sriracha, lime juice, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Combine and chill: Add marinade to tuna, include chives and sesame seeds, and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
- Prepare avocado & mango: Dice both into even cubes for color and texture balance.
- Assemble: Layer avocado and mango, then top with marinated tuna. Garnish with sesame seeds and chives.
- Serve fresh: Enjoy chilled with wonton chips, cucumber slices, or baguette rounds.
