
A creamy and refreshing Indian yogurt-based drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar
- ½ tsp cardamom powder (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Chopped pistachios or almonds (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Blend the mango, yogurt, milk, honey (or sugar), and cardamom powder until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled texture.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with chopped pistachios or almonds.
- Serve cold and enjoy
